# Wirkungsbereich

Jeder Zauber hat einen Wirkungsbereich (AoE), den man sich als einen Kreis mit einem Radius vorstellen kann. Wie in der Abbildung unten dargestellt, erreicht die Wirkung von Zaubern wie Das Samurai-Schwert und Ch'ih-Yus Schild einen Radius von 9 Feldern. 

Bei allen Zaubern gibt es nur neun einzigartige Radien für AoEs \[→ 6; 7; 8; 9; 16; 18; 24; 32; ∞] und Priester können Zauber über 24 Kacheln oder bei einigen Zaubern über die gesamte Karte wirken. Die Effekte breiten sich immer vom Zentrum des AoE aus, und von einigen Ausnahmen abgesehen, stapeln sich die Effekte trotz der Manakosten nicht übereinander, wenn die Zauber mehrmals in kurzer Folge gewirkt werden. 

Um eine Vorstellung von der Größe von AoEs im Spiel zu bekommen, ist es nützlich zu wissen, dass ein kleiner Turm einen Radius von 32 Kacheln erreicht und ein Bogenschütze am Boden eine Reichweite von 15 Kacheln hat.
